What a great evening! Our first cooking class offering took place on October 2nd, and Chef Dez taught us some amazing new recipes and shared with us valuable cooking tips. Guests first toured the winery and tasted wines in our tasting room, then headed over to the coach house where we sipped on Ghost of the Bogs white cranberry and Mighty Fraser red cranberry wine.
Chef Dez taught us how to make the most amazing side dishes to accompany Thanksgiving Day dinner, and of course we sampled his delicious recipes. The Cranberry Bread pudding with Whiskey Sauce was so perfect with our Saucy dessert Cranberry wine…
